Our Story
Grand Canyon Bakery started with a simple mission - bring real wholesome bread to our community. After overhauling my family's diet in 2023, I discovered a passion for sourdough and baking with high quality ingredients. What began as a personal journey quickly grew into a thriving cottage bakery, supplying local markets and businesses with handcrafted sourdough breads and pastries. Every loaf is made with care, using organic non-GMO flour sourced from a small mill in Utah, free from glyphosate, bleach, or enrichment. I'm proud to be known as "The Bread Lady" of my town, sharing my love for honest, nourishing food.

My family plays an essential role - whether it's lending a hand in packaging, running deliveries, or keeping the bakery running smoothly.
